James usually had the time and disposition to learn anything new that would help him with any solutions, however, this time he did not have time to learn German and do everything else for the Order, his friends, and his wife.

[1976] Forced Session

Andromeda had been seeing students since she arrived to Hogwarts. Poppy had owled her after they found out about Professor Binns and she knew that the next step on the way was the mandatory counseling session for every student.

She had seen it all, indifference, sadness, intrigue, and all the things in between but to be honest she was a tired mother of a three year old and the last thing she wanted was to go through another fake tear session if the gods wanted it. She took the list she was given and read the name to the waiting room, “Ms Alecto Carrow.”

{1978} Man Hunt | Alecto & Rabastan

Rabastan was loyal to his Dark Lord. If the brand on his arm didn’t prove it, his devotion did- he went to every meeting, volunteered his services whenever he could, offered his master every ounce of his effort. It was no wonder him and his brother were among the Dark Lord’s inner circle. 

But sometimes the meetings bore on and on and all he could wonder was why on earth Voldemort loved scheduling meetings on Friday nights. Those were his typical nights of going out to a bar or lounge for drinks, sometimes with Rodolphus, or sometimes alone in the hopes that he’d find a rich, handsome bloke to check into a hotel with. Rabastan had no interest in the dull prison of monogamy. 

The week before he had complained about this to one of Rod’s little pupils, the Carrow girl. They began talking at length, and then they had agreed to go out together for a night of good old man hunting. Alecto was younger than him by quite a lot, but she seemed mature for her age, at least more than her brother. When the meeting ended he approached the young woman, “Evening,” he greeted curtly.
