If there's one thing about this endeavor that we hate, it's that sometimes there aren't enough hours in a day to post everything. Starting this Thursday, we'll be playing catch-up on content that's gone unreleased, our own "throwback" to ya'll out there making it happen 🤘 ~~~~~~~~~~~ Today, we're taking it back to a busy Saturday in July when Sunday Boxing had invaded Repo Records for a mid-day show. In between turning up the rock in the store & bumping into one of their members at Snug's Flea Market, we got a guide of what to grab for a vinyl setup as well as a tour of the store by Mr. Parker, the proud owner & show-runner for just over 3 decades. As welcoming to customers as he was to our musician friends, he's an ocean of knowledge when it comes to putting it all together, and when we have a bigger budget, we'll be back to support one of the CLT Scene's staple music palaces 🎶💖! ~~~~~~~~~~~ Sunday Boxing brought it a day early from their namesake, but it's never too early nor too late to rock out 😎. The disco effects just added into the whole scene with the band being surrounded by countless tracks on multiple sides. Word is that they're working on some new music, so support them by following their moves on their IG Page, as well as check out their 2017 EP "Days Are Numbered" on Spotify & Bandcamp!!! -------------------------------------------------- That's all for this week's peek into the past. Come by again next Thursday as we hunt down highlights from bands near & far, here at RF20XX 🎶💖😎🤘!!! -------------------------------------------------- #sundayboxing #reporecords #supportyourlocalartists #supportindependentartists #supportyourlocalscene #charlottemusicscene #localmusic #charlottemusic #rf20xx #reportingfrom20xx #throwbackthursday (at Repo Record) https://www.instagram.com/p/B1e78ajJ1HI/?igshid=1to178q1lzk5a
