It seems like the bloating is going away, I’m eating more than ever and I feel amazing.
My hunger cues seem to be normalizing themselves. Very often I’m not able to finish my food whereas before I never felt full or hungry.

Breakfast and dinner, I was too hungry at lunch time so I didn’t snap it
I have never eaten this much and I have never felt this good.
Here are some of yesterday’s eats
Yes guys, the bottom is filled with rice!!!!!!
And desert!
I was going to wear sweatpants so I didn’t have to feel how tight my jeans are.
Ignored that thought
I’m wearing jeans which feel tight as fuck and I don’t careeeeeeee
Today I woke up feeling bloated and confused, the second day after giving up restrictions.
After months of constipation I finally took the perfect poop.
Does this mean that all the issues I was experiencing where due to restriction ?
I walk to to beach to clear my mind and decided to order a latte and a pain ai chocolat from one of the best bakery’s in town.
I had previously never had milk in my coffee because I was scared it would spike my blood sugar.
Is in it hilarious ?
It was delicious buttery goodness.
At the beginning I was filled with guilt and shame for treating myself like that.
But then I reminded myself that I can eat whatever I want.
I felt completely satisfied. And wasn’t hungry for hours.
I’m going to wear baggy cloths today and I will try to not look at myself too much
Do Christians Have Gay Friends?
Gay Americans are very diverse. Some believe in God and some don’t. Some worship God on Saturday in a Synagogue and others pray to God on Sunday in their local church. The average gay man does not hate God or Christians.
Homosexuals hate the hypocrisy and the ignorance found in many Christian Evangelical Churches. The statements made by Christian leaders about gay Americans are inaccurate myths; suggesting few have close gay friends. Most Gay Americans support Religious Freedom and understand that Christians have an undeniable right to believe that homosexuality is an Abomination.
That is the problem. Christians don’t know or have gay friends. Like most childhood fears, homophobia is fear of the unknown. These Christian leaders prey upon the fears of elderly believers with deep pockets that fund political campaign after campaign.
Political leaders beat their chest and shake their fist demanding action. Always knowing the Constitution prohibits Congress from passing laws that favor one religion over another or one religion over no religion. Activists don’t care if a law is poorly written and will be overturned, because there is big money to be made in saving America from the fictional gay Agenda. At the end of the day, it provided a great photo-op and sound bite for political candidates.
You might be able to see soo much potential in someone yet all your efforts won't matter if they don't see the same potential in themselves. You might mean well but to me it's a form of selfishness.
