I feel like being a multi shipper these days is like being a rare breed. People get so angry over certain ships and throw hate onto other’s ships simply for not being their ship.
I love shipping the same character with different characters. I like the unique dynamics each pairing brings and how they fit together. I eat up all the fan arts, fan fiction, head cannons, and what not. I could never, even if I hated the ship, seeing myself hating on a ship with two fictional characters getting together.
That being said, I also personally can do each pairing either platonically or romantically. Of course some days I want the romantic pairing more over the platonic one, but I still enjoy both.
For example, I’m using Codywan again as my example lol, I can go with Cody and Obi-Wan being a couple, but I can also go with them just being friends or close partners.
Each one, platonic or romantic or something else, has its own types of intimacy, and I personally love seeing each one play out with each fic I read or fanart I look at.
Also, this leads me going down so many rare pair rabbit holes. I’m currently on a Rexsaw one because I saw one fanart of it.
No I definitely have not read and looked at basically all there is for the ship either, what are you talking about that’s crazy
