NOTE TO SELF: The sides were fine, but those ribs...possibly the best I've ever had. Juicy as hell with a nice rub. The Wright's hype is real.

I had Thanksgiving and Christmas in the back all by myself. The chicken and rib plate with baked beans. MAN: It's kind of nice to come and have some southern barbecue. They're really good. I've cooked this before and I'm pretty sure there wasn't a bad barbecue, but it's not something you can't do. PROS: Well, it's not quite as appetizing as I expected. SORRY: Well. Look, we haven't brought pork. So what is the best pork meal out there? PROS: This was so good. I just couldn't put my bad luck down to it.
