After wanting to go on rice island but finding it too restrictive, I decided to have a caffeine/sugar/alcohol/smoke free week - but had to throw in the towel after less then two days already because there’s no way I could fit in nearly enough calories. I’ve lost some weight again within the last two weeks which brough back more health problems again and I just can’t put my body on a ~800 calorie intake. So I threw in some dark chocolate and two speculoos cookies to get the count up at least a bit...
