Feeling pretty good because I nailed this #hillrepeats session tonight. Just as two weeks ago I went 8 x 75 seconds, over a different hill this time, that started steep, leveled off to 1-2%, then bent up big time for the last 100-150. I once again focused in going faster every repeat, building from 75% effort on the first two, to 90% on the last two. Happy to see that number 8 was the fastest. After what seems like a really long slump of about 8 months, I feel some momentum building now. I’m #ridingthewave because I’m #puttinginthework.
