Been thinking for a little while about what to do with my Simpsons persona and had too much fun thinking about them being a rigellian,,

I am so, SO happy and proud to share this one with y’all. This is a new character from the last episode of Lower Decks! For such a beautiful and unique design, this character wasn’t utilized much at all...and yet, your honour, I love him. 

He’s a Rigellian and his official canon name is Lt. Drew Prachett, but since 1: He may not become a major character and 2: that’s a ridiculously white boy name for such a lovely alien plum- I’ve taken to calling him Er’dw Trept’ach 💜 If they end up explaining the name and there’s a good purpose behind it I may reconsider 🤷🏼‍♀️

His voice actor, Maurice LaMarche, commented: “...since they cast a two-time Primetime Emmy Winner to supply his voice, I can’t imagine they don’t have bigger plans for him somewhere down the line. (That’s not insider information, BTW. Just a simple musing.)” 

So, fingers crossed we get to see him again!

Home World: Somewhere in the Rigel system

Occupation: Coalition of Planets Ambassadors of the week

First Appearance: Mentioned across the series, but first seen in "Demons" (ENT, 2005)

Summary: These humanoids are known for a fairly spiritual side, seeing all existence as an epic journey to some ultimate, unknown fate. They are the most common sapient species in the Rigel system, itself among the most populous star systems in the entire galaxy. Peaceful and diplomatic, they were among the first species to join the Coalition of Planets and its successor, the United Federation of Planets, though they joined some time after the "Four Founder" species. They have five genders.

technically my simpsons sona (or rigellian sona if you will) i guess.. but yea :] peacock... she's a zoologist! most residing on earth as her job is to study/ categorise different lifeforms for her queen pandora.. also she's currently kodos' GF
