Rijsttaart
I made these and I was just going to make a little post about it. But I didn't know what "rijsttaart" is in English so I googled it.
Now I found out that rijsttaart (rice tart) is apparently a Belgian thing? I assumed it was a universal desert, but it isn't. And honestly, that's a real shame.
Anyways, here's my go to recipe:
2 cans of rice pudding (800g)
3 eggs
80g sugar
45g baking flour
Just throw all the ingredients together. Butter your cake tin and cover it with breadcrumbs. Pour the mixture into the tin and bake in a preheated oven at 200°c for about 50 minutes (this is for one big tart, if you do multiple small ones you need to take them out sooner)
