I'm going to try and make each round as smooth and seamless as possible, focusing on perfect form with each move.
SIX ROUNDS FOR QUALITY:
Jumping Muscle-Up
Ring Dip
Ring L-sit (5 seconds)
Skin the Cat
Tuck front Lever/Tuck back Lever (5 seconds, alternating between front and back each round)
RESULT: Completed. The drop-down from L-sit to the hang was really tough, I managed to get it 3 out of 6 times. The Skin-the-Cats were tough too, since my hamstrings are tight and it's hard for me to bring my toes up and back without bending my arms and driving my hips toward the sky. But improving! Afterwards, I messed around a little with kipping and did some Kroc Rows to help with my pulling strength, because I'm going to need to address this pull-up weakness if I'm ever going to get a muscle-up.
Oops, I got a little lost in my 30-day plank challenge, time to get back on track so I can finish this strong! I have another 30-day challenge on deck for when I finish...
