“This off season is probably going to be the most boring one. No shows, all rinks are closed, Worlds was cancelled…”
Huh... funny how the “worst ice in North America” didn’t even receive a vote for this.. ISN’T IT?

I have very strong feelings about characters that never met (canonically, as far as we know) and would've gotten along so well and had so much fun, including: - Oliver Wood + Sirius Black/James Potter: Drama queens and quidditch nerds united by a non stop desire to prove themselves as the best and take small things way too siriusly. Sirius and James going to Puddlemere matches with Harry and being the most embarrassing supporter, while James takes vigorous notes and spends hours poring over them with Oliver afterwards. - Lily Evans Potter + Tonks: Tonks would be absolutely infatuated with THE Lily Potter but Lily would just want to bond and chat about dating and marrying a Marauder ("at least you got the responsible one, mine wanted to name our child Elvendork"), and being a young mother. I see them working it together and trying all new things to find something clumsy Tonks can do and probably also drinking a lot of whiskey together. - Prewett Twins + Weasley Twins: AHHHHH this one is the most tragic. Two generations of prankster mischievous geniuses. Gideon and Fabian would clearly help fund WWW and also talk Molly out of harsh punishments, but also help them learn responsibility and nope never mind this is way too sad.
Thing #453 I love about Japan
Drink vending machines are LITERALLY EVERYWHERE. INCLUDING THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. This is not the thing I love. Thing I love is, with all this hydrations, public bathrooms are SO EASY TO FIND!!!
The place where I live has a few "rinks" but all of them are closing in march and I think the new city where I'll be moving to has the same issue. I really want to start figure skating but I'm not too sure about what to do in this situation.
Try to find rinks in different cities that are close by. If you can’t do that or if you don’t find any, I guess you’ll just have to wait until the rinks re-open. :’(
Sorry about that!
