Happy 30th Birthday to me! Decided to draw my original OC Rio for this years birthday art. I’ve had her since about 5 years old- she’s been my self insert for so many games, stories and role plays. This is her current form in GW2! Gave her a new hairstyle with the new expansion, but decided to give her back the original white streak in her bangs. Looking forward to many more years of creativity ✨🩵

I've recently made the decision that Rioko is actually going to be a non bender, but Iroh and Haruka make sure she never feels like her worth is diminished for that by encouraging her hobbies and keeping open conversation. They worry about her struggling with her self esteem until a conversation with her as a child relieves them when she proudly says she's a perfect mixture of her parents by not favoring either of their element.

Rioko helps in the teashop but both Iroh and Haruka are adamant she just be a kid. She likes to run into the shop to tell Iroh the new puns she learns from her friends.
