Heroes Don’t Cry

This is a gift for RLin based on their fanfic On Mask, Physical and Psychological

I wanted this to be a separate post because its one of my new favorite pieces I’ve done. Once again, my favorite aspect of the story was the Link’s relationship with Navi and having her by his side to understand his pain and struggles throughout his journey. This was inspire by this bit in the fanfic:

“He want to cry, but heroes don’t cry. Adults don’t cry. So he didn’t cry, he once again supressed his emotions.

Once Link was in private, he let his tears fall, with Navi to reassure him. Once again, he felt like Navi was essential to him.”

Yet another Heartwarming story, RLin thank you for letting me live through OOT and Majora’s Mask in a whole new perspective. This story definitely hit me in the feels man. T^T 

Also, sorry for the creepy drawing, it was my interpretation in Link’s mental state toward the end and this is what came out as a result of my inspiration through your story. I wanted to show Link’s face as a Mask that hides his true face beneath but then it turned into Body horror and for that I apologize. lol (Anyone reading this, please note Rlin’s fic is not anywhere near scary as it seems to be depicted in my art, I swear! LMAO)
