.....and that's pretty much as close as I'm going to get, to putting both feet behind my head. For now, anyway. I'm not flexible enough for that deep rotation in the hips, so I have to be careful not to torque into the knees. #Hamstrings are plenty open, though. So I started with #kurmasana / #tortoise pressed into the floor, then with my back to the wall.
