So we already have "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" and the less well known "Halloween is Grinch Night," so I propose an intermediary Grinch TV special about Thanksgiving, or the Whoville equivalent thereof.

I'm imagining the Grinch going on a Seussian turkey shoot to find and hunt the roast beast for the holiday feast, but the animal keeps outwitting him like the roadrunner. In the end when he finally gets the upper hand he decides to spare the beast instead of killing it. Maybe it has a family like Kevin from the Pixar movie Up, or maybe the Grinch just decides it's too smart and resourceful to eat, he sees himself in it, whatever. The point is, at the end he pardons the beast like a US President and he learns a message about overconsumption and being thankful for what you have instead of needing everything to be bigger and better every year.

A Holiday Tradition

It’s not Christmastime until I binge-watch How The Grinch Stole Christmas, all day, while doing other stuff around the house. Here goes viewing number three! ❤️💗 (Also: is the Grinch on the spectrum? The thing that annoys him most is the NOISE NOISE NOISE NOISE! and the fact that he’s an outsider lol) Happy Holidays and/or lack thereof to all!
