Naomi Bishop was created by Proactive Citizenry following Camus Comprix in order to appeal to the male audience. In addition to her original campaign, she was also included in a collaboration with Camus Comprix after Risa Ward ran away from Roberta.

Naomi is made up of 3 unwinds. Her left half is an unwind from a ward, and the right half is a former child model who became rebellious as a teenager. Her brain is made entirely of one unwind. A chess champion from New York, unwound after losing a national championship. Naomi also has the chess player's eyes.

After the Bill of Recall is Accepted, Roland finds himself alive again, but with his frontal lobe being bought and replaced with a new one he finds himself wanting to do good yet is plagued with the horrendous actions of his past.
