Management faxed us through this happy snap of one of Jules many artistic projects @clipnoise who opened last night at the @retreat_hotel_brunswick for a wonderfully unsettling set of sets from set town! When one ol' mate audience member Dez McDoinhezz yells out he loves @silverchair_official he couldn't have picked a better band to play to the audience and serve up a medley of their heroin drenched Disney soundtracks at the drop of a pill in Double Bay, Sydney! When Jules reminisced how Daniel Johnson & Johnson once received an award for something useless and he boasted he could rhyme anything to the crowd and a full tilt legend suggested "wanker" to which he stormed off to poke the trophy up his bottom, we all thought he shoulder "thank'der" and maybe join the army and become a "tanker" or use the millions earned to become a "banker"... nah, just leave it at "wanker", it seems precise, poignant, relevant to the moment, apt, a little bit sexy. Oh, and then we all stacks'd on Dez and crushed the life out of his Walkman, he was still very happy with the Nirvana covers though. .... .... Management says it's best to be grateful to friends and family who've put us up in their homes whilst on tour, lent us their vehicles to jumps over speed humps in and fans who've stormed the stage and cleaned up after our huge shandy binges! When we peel ourselves off the floors and ceilings of places around the country, deep down we know we couldn't have done without the support of youse ratbags and your cold, black hearts and girthy mix bowls always chopped and ready to bong on with flamin' riffery! But nothing greens us out more than slurpin' up a pickled pineapple bin fritter cooked in bin juice from Frazzled Shazza's to fuel us on to the next show! Their excitement mostly comes from the flood of journalists sending them telegrams requesting the latest scoop on the band, and partly from the 17 packets of Wizz Fizz they pinched from our rider at @thebrunnyhotel and topshelved up their bums! You'll notice in this shot Jules is doing a price check on Ford Pill laxatives from aisle 7 as this gig had us finally playing the shopping centre circuit we've always dreamed of! Management hired top gun animation production team Pus Merchants Unlimited to build us a classy logo that Maccas would be frothin on! Heading the team of animators is Geelong's number two sanitary napkin bin collector Davey Bongchambers. After scraping out his finest receptacles for the slurry that best represents our award repelling work, he gave us this visual suppository. Just to clarify though, our very own bass piffin antihero Jules @medorart scratched out the raven images with his blunt crayons fashioned from medical waste and bin juice. He couldn't be happier seeing his art devalued as it's smeared with the rat shit @iamduckeye font! It's truly an honour to jimmie open the STI clinic locked wheelie bins near Frazzled Shazza's Fish and Chip Emporium and restock his palette plus grab a cheeky pineapple fritter with extra pubes whilst we're at it!
