Oh boy am I glad to finally have Rocksmith 2014 installed in my computer so I can play my custom songs :D, now I can take my guitar learning nice and easy as I buy like some DLC once per month but nothing too crazy…

Performing at my old favorite bar. I miss those days man. Everyone knew me and it was always awesome to play for such an awesome group of people. I remember just one night I had just about the whole bar watching. To think I used to be stagefright. It’s kind of funny over the years, I got over the jitters.

Lots of alcohol helps too. People would buy me drinks and pull me into a conversation to tell me how awesome I am. This is the ONLY thing I’m so good at and proud of. Nothing else brings me so much joy to move a crowd and perform.

I’m praying that when I visit town that they still do this event on Thursdays. If I do I have to have a better recording. Even on a bad night, I killed it because most people have seen my best performances.

i have been slacking on rocksmith. it’s honestly not that great of a teaching tool, but i can just use the ‘learn a song’ feature to actually learn how to do shit cuz it does a better job at easing you into stuff than the lessons

my uncle hooked me up with a guitar, rocksmith cord, and a rocksmith disk (which i unfortunately can’t use but it’s like 2 bucks on steam rn so nbd) and i’m gonna try to learn this shit! how hard can it be <-has never played an instrument before in her life

Okay I unironically the Rocksmith thing has shook me to my core because it had been one of my most therapeutic games for an entire year and I only had the PC version for literally a FUCKING week and it’s already being yanked away from me (and I know there’s way to pirate the DLC but I don’t know how and I’m kind of scared too if only because CustomForge is really strict about that kind of thing). Especially great for somebody with serious abandonment issues 👍.

…but I don’t want to come across as too self-paying and e-begging either so I’m kind of torn if I should share my Steam account (ie allowing the option for gifts and whatnot) or not.
