I've been googling facts about role theory the last couple of days and I think it plays an important role in understanding neurotypical behaviour.
I often felt rejected and I guess most of that was due to contextual problems, not my flawed personality.
You know the feeling you get when you said something weird or wrong and the whole room is staring at you? I think a lot of that is due to context and saying things that are not appropriate or relevant to most people in a certain context.
It also explains group behaviour in general. Each group has contextual rules.
