No it's not just for me.
What’s For Dinner 20.03.29
We are actually having left overs but this is a snack spin off our herbie popcorn (nutritional yeast, your favourite herbs/ seaweed seasoning). This is Herb Rolled Eggs.
Have your hard boiled egg peeled and then shake or roll your freshly peeled egg in your favourite seasoning/ herb mix. If the outside of your egg is rather dry or you want a good solid coating, oil your eggs lightly (we like avocado or olive oil depending on the seasoning.
Get creative!
Mexican seasoning or prepackaged taco seasoning.
Pizza seasoning or oregano, basil and thyme.
Creole seasoning for some down south home cookin’.
Salade oil seasoning mix.... You can marinate the eggs but we are an impatient group but yes, you can marinate your eggs.
If you really want to get stir crazy funny, roll your egg in instant lemonade mix, sprinkles or what ever.
Just remember to be happy eating your egg.
