Hero of Bombs - Koko’s Kitchen

Another favorite chef: Koko from Kakariko Village (also how did I not notice most of the Sheikah NPCs are named after fruits & veggies? XD).

We meet Koko back in BotW where she asks for help cooking some of her family’s favorite meals, including this Veggie Cream Soup. 🥕 In TotK, she’s selling these Ring Garlands in light of the Ring Ruins that fell in the village (that we can see low-res Link climbing back there lol). She & the girls / women in Kakariko had taken up wearing these pretty flower crowns, so of course I’d get one, because ✨whimsy✨ ^u^

Rice Balls (onigiri) are a staple to Japanese home cooking. Just like in the games, you can take this humble triangle of rice & customize it however you want - possibilities are just about endless! 🍙

Couple tips:

Wet your hands enough (it’s sticky >u<)

Don’t press too hard or the rice will be tough

Make sure the rice has cooled down so you don’t get burnt (I put the rice I wanna use in a bowl or plate outside the rice cooker so it cools down)
