He does his shit and keeps everyone on task. Making sure everyone in your team/side actually does the work
But, he will make you redo work if it’s not up to par w/ his standards, and he has HIGH standards
Very considerate though, and if you’re having trouble he will help you no questions or judgement
If you have a question he will teach you, but he won’t let you leave til you UNDERSTAND what he’s saying.
Like he will make you sit down and take notes while he barks instructions at you

Total flirt, every lady in the department loves him. He’s so charming it’s unreal

So he will do anything/help you to either piss off management or make sure they don’t come around

Lovino rang the doorbell before opening the door. “Don’t be scared princess.” He kissed the side of your head encouragingly. You stepped inside the house cautiously. A large, long haired, brown cat strutted to greet you. It stared at you for a long moment before meowing softly and rubbing its head against your ankles. It flopped down directly on your feet making you giggle. “That’s Basil.” Lovino whispered.
“There you two are!” A loud voice came from the kitchen and you watched as a broad man poked his head out. You could definitely see where Lovi and Feli got their looks. “You didn’t tell me how beautiful she was!” The man exclaimed charismatically. He walked over to you with his arms outstretched. He picked you up and hugged you tightly causing the cat to meow in annoyance as she was thrown off your feet.

■ Very uncomfortable with meeting your family because he will be nervous about embarrassing you or making your family dislike him on your family just not liking him from the start
■ Which means he con seem irritated about, even going and may even try to talk you out of the plans, trying to play it off like it’s not important or that he doesn’t need to meet your family so soon.
■ He will try to be on his best behavior but still he will be on edge and can be easily annoyed, and won’t like being asked a lot of questions or being pressed to talk.
