Laura: “‘Captain Apollo.’ You remember that? I always thought it had such a nice ring to it. I am so so sorry for you now.”

Lee: “Chamalla, Madam President. Perhaps dissolved in your tea to mask the bitterness?”

Bill: “Don’t answer. I’m putting a stop to this right now.”

Lee: “Your Honours, if she is on drugs, it goes to her credibility as a witness.”

Bill: “Witness is dismissed!”

Romo: “Your Honours, I have to strongly object. He’s obviously trying to cover something up here.”

Bill: “One more word from you & you’ll both be held for contempt.”

Judge: “Admiral! I’d like to hear the witness answer the question.”

Franks: “As would I. Madam President, are you taking chamalla again?”

Laura: “Yes, I am.”

Lee: “No further questions.”

Laura: “Mr Adama, aren’t you going to ask me why?”

Lee: “I’m sorry?”

Laura: “Why am I taking chamalla again?”

Lee: “It’s not strictly relevant.”

Laura: “Well perhaps it’s not relevant to you but it’s relevant to me. Go ahead. Ask me why. Finish what you started.”

Lee: “Why are you taking the chamalla again, Madam President?”

Laura: “I am taking chamalla again because my cancer has returned.”

Disclaimer: I have not seen Battlestar Galactica, I just have a friend who's obsessed with it.

Said friend was showing me a picture of Romo Lampkin (because Mark A. Sheppard/Crowley from Supernatural look-a-like, yes please :)) and my other friend said: "He looks like Crowley mixed with Crowley." (aka Crowley Supernatural and Crowley Good Omens) AND I CAN'T GET OVER THAT. SHE'S SO RIGHT. I CAN'T UNSEE IT HELP.

Fuck, I love how Battlestar Galactica takes us from the dogmatic hero of Kara Thrace to the morally complex lawyer in Romo Lampkin. It's a sea change from the idealistic pilot to the moral gray area of Baltar's trial. In some ways it's the corruption of Apollo and the downfall of humanity as they know it.
