how do you like your sandwiches

I dont eat sandwiches. all the bread around here is stale or dry as hell. oh but when Maple makes sourdough???? sooo good. i wouldnt try it as a sandwich though because her sourdough is good for pretzels and pastries usually. sometimes though as a treat I make a grilled cheese but instead of bread it's fish meat.
