Rose smiled. “When.” He nodded. “When.” They hugged, and Rose said, “We’ll be on long-range. Take care of Rey.” After a moment, she added, “Take care of yourself.” She glanced over at Rey, who lifted her chin in acknowledgment. Rey would have loved to have her company on this mission, but Leia was right: Rose was needed on base.
