Hello, I'm here to request a simple idea.
If you could, write a scenario when the Rise Turtles and maybe April and Casey, and whoever else you'd want to add. Anyway, write out bullet points for how each would react to their romantic partnership casually not wearing pants. As in, the reader is comfortable enough around them to freely walk around their house pantsless.

Donnie:
It’s a flip of the coin whether he notices or not. When he comes over, he’s usually either deep in an info dump or diverting his attention to all of you.
When he notices, he audibly chokes. Bright red face aside, Donnie will straight up point it out to you in case you genuinely forgot.
Trying not to laugh at him, you explain that you’re just comfortable around him. This makes him kinda panicked, and even redder.
“Cool cool cool… I… am glad you- we have achieved that level of comfort in our romantic partnership.”
He tries to be nonchalant but avoids eye contact the rest of the night.
Donnie is clueless about romance and relationships, and he would internally die inside if he had to go to April for advice on this. So, he chooses to consult the internet and document his findings.
Really, what makes him scared is the sudden display of comfort, which in his eyes is also a form of vulnerability, in a way he can’t personally replicate or express himself towards.
After hours of research, thinking it over, and almost smiting Shelldon for prying, Donnie comes to a conclusion. He’s not going to ask you to stop, or allow it to make him uncomfortable (flustered is a different story). He’ll accept your display, and while he doesn’t have clothes to remove, he does have one thing.
The next time you come down to the lair, Donnie greets you without his battle shell. It’s a bit awkward and uncomfortable for him at first, and you might need to talk to him about it. But after a while, and a good amount of communication, he begins to take off his battle shell at your house, even letting you touch his soft shell. (You still have to wear pants at the lair though, that’s nonnegotiable)
It’s a special moment between the two of you, Donnie churring as he lays on your bare thighs, and you gently scratching his softshell, nails gliding around his back and committing each birthmark to memory.
Leo:
The complete opposite of Donnie. Notices immediately and gives his signature smirk. (Would also pull a fourth wall break and wiggle his eyebrows at the imaginary camera, despite not having any)
“Woah there, mi vida. Can’t we have some pizza first?”
You’d have to tell him that you don’t want sex, you’re just comfortable. Leo fakes a disappointed sigh, but is kinda flattered?? He’s not sure, but he likes what he sees.
He will shamelessly stare, and smack your ass every now and then. But, he does take his ankle and arm wrappings off when he comes over, or when you’re in his room at the lair. Leo recognizes it as a small step in your relationship, and is more affectionate as a result.
Will insist on sitting on your lap to read his favorite comics with you. Your legs fall asleep within minutes, and you can barely walk for the rest of the day, but it makes Leo happy so you don’t complain.
He also takes every opportunity to lay on your lap. You don’t mind because it’s comfy and he lets you do the same. (#thighsforlife)
Mikey:
He notices, but doesn’t comment on it at first. He’s internally screaming “OHMIGOSH-OHMIGOSH-OHMIGOSH” but on the outside he’s still the sweet and slightly chaotic Mikey you fell in love with
Would wait for you to initiate anything sexual, but you don’t. Oh well!
Would definitely ask for cuddles though.
More skin = more human and more warmth = best cuddles!
He snuggles into you, legs tangled with yours, and churring up a storm. It’s only on the second time that you don’t wear pants around him that he finally comments on it.
“I’m really happy you feel so comfortable around me. Have I ever told you you’re my favorite person in the world?” Mikey chirps and covers your face in kisses.
After a while, he might tease you here and there, but it’s all in good fun. If it’s after the Kraang invasion, he’ll take the wraps off his arms and let you touch and kiss his scarred hands more often.
Raph:
Almost faints when he sees you in your underwear, even if you’re in your own house. Tries to avert his eyes and look away like a gentleman, but his face is as red as his mask.
“Y/n, I uh-… think you-… forgot your um-…!”
You gently cup his face and explain that you’re just comfortable around him. You feel like you’re at a point in your relationship where you can be comfortable with each other.
“OH! That’s…!”
Mind Raph is basically screaming at him, but he’s cut off by the quiet thump of Raph’s giant tail wagging on your floor. His heart feels like it’s beating out of his chest, but he’s really happy that you both can be so vulnerable to each other.
Raph is still flustered, and speaking in third person for a bit, but the night ends with you curled up in his arms and the wagging of his tail waking up your downstairs neighbors.
Before he leaves, he will remind you to wear pants in the lair, and when he’s back in his room, he tries to think of ways he can express himself to you more.
April:
She straight up malfunctions for a second.
“Wha- uh- Hon, did I miss somethin’!?”
Did she miss a memo? Was she not supposed to be wearing pants??
When you explain that you’re just comfortable around her, April tries to be cool and brush it off, but her face is red for the rest of the night, and she can’t stop her eyes from wandering.
The next day, she rambles about it to Mayhem, who’s just trying to eat his breakfast in peace.
You decide to come over to help her with homework, and she tries not wearing pants herself, but is almost caught by her mom. April tries not to die from embarrassment, but ends up confronting you and having a heartfelt conversation.
You tell your girlfriend that she doesn’t have to embarrass herself or do anything that she’s not comfortable with, and all you were trying to do was show her how comfortable she made you feel.
April takes it to heart, and shows you old doodles and notes she took of you from before you were dating, and is more open about how she feels. She rants about people and things that annoy her, and tells you about the topics she’s writing about.
Overall, it’s a healthy and great step in the right direction, leading to both of you being more comfortable with the other.
