Heya!

A continuation to that one post about each link having a pokemon: and its Link's turn! [ALttP, OoS/OoA, and LA!]

I know the owl pokemon are more poular picks for the Hero of Time, and with good reason, (most involved with Nayru, most time traveling, most easily asociatable with the premises of wisdom and age and mabey even forbidden knowlege), but i also wanted to give that Link something he would find in his backyard as a kid sooo givin an owl to this one instead

Smol rant below on the why's

I wanted to give the hero of legend a dark type primarily because of how dark his story gets later down the line, decidueye just felt like the most convinient one bc of the bonus grass type that transitions into a dark type and because of his greater asociations with fate i feel. Ontop of that, and the idea of Dartrix eventualy replacing the weatherbird, the bow and arrow asthetic of the rowlette line i feel would play a great support role for the Hero of Legend; though there are deffinitley far better options for him out there... ;w;

This is mostly just me giving him the owl cus i thought it looked cool honestly... ;w;

*Dont mind me and my angst seeking brain making it so that when link awakens and sees a dartrix instead of a decidueye he breaks down to tears cause none of that was even remotely real...*

Rowlette releases new single ‘Cucumber & Ice’

Mayo indie pop artist Rowlette is releasing her fantastic new single ‘Cucumber & Ice’. A pop anthem that celebrates friendship and the unique relationship and bond a group of girls can forge. 'Cucumber & Ice’ was written by Rowlette with Rob Shiels and Graham McCartin. In typical Rowlette fashion, the pop track is guitar driven and shows her trademark powerful vocals.

About it's creation Rowlette says "I was with Graham and Rob in the studio and we were writing a very serious/sad song when we decided to just switch it up. Graham started messing with a riff on guitar and I had the Cucumber and Ice idea in my notepad and we went from there. It was a lot of fun writing it." The song was later mixed by Vasileios Gourgourinis and mastered by Fergal Davis to add the final gloss to an already sparkling tune.

‘Cucumber & Ice’ represents the love language between Rowlette’s “ride or dies”, as she puts it - her most trusted group of friends that she can always rely on to pick her up when she’s down.

As Rowlette says “If one of us isn’t feeling great, someone is liable to turn up and insist that we’re going dancing. And most importantly, they will be there to watch crap tv and eat take away with the next day! The day after is where the real bonding and healing happens.”
