A one second grainy ass clip of a hummingbird (not that I'm complaining). It's always good to see the tiniest birbs return.

I thought I saw one back in June, but didn’t have the bandwidth to set up my feeder until July.

One of the last times I went out to pick the blueberries, I heard a familiar buzz, and looked over my shoulder to see Dalton sitting on a random branch by leaning up against the fence. Well, it was post blueberry picking as I was 'relaxing' on the patio furniture that isn't on the patio, and this time I had my camera.

Also, obligatory shots of Persephone at the feeder. Still Queen of the feeder!

A foraging hummingbird finds a wildflower.

I sat upstairs on the landing of our 84˚F upstairs and peered out the back door waiting for the hummingbirds.

Dalton was elusive as per the usual (last blurry pic). Persephone and Persephone both battled it out and managed to sit on the feeder at the same time.

The feeder was cleaned and refilled… and I think the freak out in the 4 minutes it took the accomplish that was so traumatic that 35 minutes later only Persephone retired for last dinner.

Hummingbird on Feeder with Female Baltimore Oriole

I got this one-minute video when I was checking out the greenhouse. I was looking to see how hot it was in there with the sun beating on it all day and it being 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Pretty stuffy. But I came back out, and a ruby-throated hummingbird had just landed on the feeder; I didn’t want to scare her away, or at least I think it’s a her, and then I remembered I don’t have any videos of…
