For the writer asks; 10 and 25
Hi Runa ^_^
10. How would you describe your writing process?
I start out with an idea and it goes through the following stages:
1. Hey that would be cool/cute, I want to write that. I have this one specific line in mind that I'm going to base the scene on.
2. Write all the dialogue/conversations first while daydreaming about it to music.
3. Add in scene descriptors/body language, make it flow properly so that if I were reading it I wouldn't have to go back and reread the line a bunch of times to understand what it says. At this point I'll either find a place in my canon story for it or I'll just make it an AU so I know the context when setting up the scene.
4. Edit it 20 times and reread it because if there is a typo I WILL die. (I still go back to Ao3 and edit out typos if I find them. I don't care if it was posted 6 months ago, it's getting fixed)
5. Send it off to my peer review committee ^_^ (and ask if it's bad)
25. What part of writing is the most fun?
That moment of inspiration where you can perfectly see exactly how the words need to fit together to implement your idea, and then you can just take off and start writing it. So often it's just making a list of ideas with no idea how to execute them, so when I'm just going about my day and all of a sudden I know how to start a scene for one of them it's so much fun.
A kofi commission/request for @runawayface thank you so much for your support! Hope you enjoy this Harvey

Sorry these are kinda sloppy... Autodesk isn’t great for this sort of thing. I wanted to fill out charts for some fellow Harvey stans. 😘 @runawayface @coindraws

i made a strictly platonic version of a ship template based on this one which is very good! posting it in case anyone else isn't super wild
For the ask game - 1. what was/is one of your most obscure hyperfixations? and 20. what’s your favorite < 30 second youtube video that gives you a whole truckload of happy chemicals?
1. what was/is one of your most obscure hyperfixations?
I... don’t know if this was considered obscure at the time, because it was extremely popular. But nowadays it feels like it was just a blip in the world of pop culture.
American Idol
Seasons 7 and 8 (David Cook and Kris Allen/Adam Lambert’s seasons) I was OBSESSED. I learned all about the top 10 contestants, I went to the concerts, I read real person fanfic (not sexy stuff--mostly just the top 10 hanging out together in the Idol mansion), I made internet friends, I downloaded all of the iTunes singles, I memorized all of David Cook’s pre-Idol album Analog Heart.
I even traveled to New Hampshire from California for 36 hours to attend the Season 8 closing show because it was on my birthday. I stayed in a hotel room with two people I met through LiveJournal.
David Cook is the only one whose career I have kept up with (he also happens to have a new single coming out this week!). I went to one of his shows in San Francisco a couple of years ago, and he’s still so good! His voice gives me chills. He’s also been very open about his anxiety and wrote a really great song about it last year.
...Guess I know what I’m going to be listening to all day today.
20. what’s your favorite < 30 second youtube video that gives you a whole truckload of happy chemicals?
Thank you so much for asking this. I love any excuse to share this video.
