‘Some days are hard but there is always hope for tomorrow.’ Yesterday I was supposed to run 10 miles. It would’ve been the closeout to a fantastic training week. But I woke up feeling ill. I was hot then cold then hot again, then I got a fever 🤒 My body ached. I felt horrible! I knew it wouldn’t be a good idea to attempt a run so I just lay around my house hydrating and resting. I thought for sure I was getting the flu 😷 Then today I woke up feeling 💯 better! 😃It’s as if yesterday never happened. So I laced up, rolled out, logged 4 solo miles and I’m ready to put it in more work tomorrow. Hope I will feel just as good. Happy Labor Day! *Miles dedicated to #RunforTexas If you’re able to donate, please do so. FYI @walmart Is matching donations $2.00 for every $1.00 donated through September 6th to help in the Hurricane Harvey recovery efforts.
