#RUNitOFF TWO day ordeal! I’m dealing with a major/active water leak from an unit above my rental property. The owner is looney and will not fix the issue. Started July 25th a small leak in the bathroom ceiling. And I contacted as an owner t owner thinking small leak. No big deal it will be fixed in a timely manner. Here we are in middle of November and a flooded bathroom drenched walls. But it’s still not her problem it’s now the common drain. I’ve offered to fix it. Sent two plumbers one was denied access. Second they let in by a miracle! But they still did not authorize him to fix it. And she wants to call her home warranty AGAIN! It’s now Saturday night. Not fixed yet. But I’m a scam artist and she is reporting me 🤣👌🏼 Alright lady have fun with that! So i ran it off. Feel way better but still have a Goddam leak! #realtorlife (at Paradise, Nevada)
