I really didn’t feel like doing anything today but I promised Rue we would go outside so we started walking and soon we were running.

We stopped to try to get a cute pic but she was too busy trying to give me kisses 😂💖

Being sick is making me all emotional and today it’s making me miss my running buddy like crazy!

I can’t believe she came into our lives 7 years ago!!! Since then she has brought so much joy and fun! I can’t imagine life without her!

I can’t wait to visit her and start running again soon!

Annual trip to Presque Isle State Park with Jenn today! I worked on homework while she drove, then enjoyed 9 miles in Erie and helped push her to a new 10K PR! So proud of her!!! Stopped into the Whole Food Co-op (I got some things to try), then had lunch at Chick-Fil-A and headed back home. Worth every minute of travel time ❤️
