#R4FL Day 3&5: Fun running 2 days in a row can really feel my endurance coming along able to run 2.5mins without stopping!!.. which is AMAZING for me because i could just BARELY run 20SECS when i first started running!! feel like high fiving myself
Missed day 3 & 4 last week but making up for it this week. did day 5 yest & day 3 today so will do day 6 tomorow & day 4 Thursday then i will be back on track!! Phew confusing but it makes sense trust me ;)
