I’m so tired of people choosing one ship over the other. What do you mean I can’t have Monochrome, Ladybug, WhiteRose, Frosen Steel, etc. all in one? The idea of relationships having a cap on how many people are involved is ridiculous. As long as you love every person equally, the sky’s the limit! Screw it, I’ll make my own RWBY with every acceptable ship in it! None of you will stop me!

For Ruby and Yang, it felt like a natural progression to their relationship. They always expressed love in a very physical manner— hugging each other, fighting alongside each other, protecting each other, dying for each other. They loved their teammates and they loved each other, so when things started to become sexual with their teammates, it seemed the most natural course for things to become sexual between the two of them as well. They already shared everything between them, even their lovers, so it made sense that they would also share this with each other.

After all, sex was just another expression of the intimacy and love that was already there.

Cause it tackles a classic fanfic smut setup from a none strictly smut perspective (not even having any detailed sex described) extremely well going into the emotional ramifications and the bond between the characters

me: so. you gotta understand that in RWBY ships are interchangeable, i ship whiterose because Ruby is the hyperactive girl who wants to do good and Weiss is the girl who will snap at everyone BUT Ruby and instead melts and does her best, actively trying to understand her. BUT also Ruby and Blake because Blake who has known nothing but betrayal from her ex-partner/Leader is suddenly thrown into this reliable Leader who can and WILL try to die for her to live a better life and being a foil to Adam because the Beast needs her Rose yknow???. then there’s Blake and Weiss, typical enemies to lovers yknow? But enemies due to misunderstandings that they eventually breach and actively try to make amends and make up for how bad they were to each other in the beginning. and also Weiss and Yang! Yang who’s got this literal heart of gold who WILL warm Weiss’ cold secluded heart of stone whether she wants it or not and will show her the kindness and respect that she hasn’t been shown by her family in years. AND ALSO BLAKE AND YANG because Blake who messed up badly by doing the only thing Yang asked her not to do coming back and owning up to her mistakes and slowly regaining the respect Yang had for her because she got abandoned once by her mother and then by raven but Blake came in third and for goldilocks that’s just right and-
