Better late than never! My RYGOctober update...
I wanted this to be a great update with great pictures but my iPod is practically dead. The screen broke and the pictures are actually garbage now.
So I guess I'll just update using just words. -_- BORING
Ok, so my goal list for October looked like this...
I started at 160 and I'm still 160. No more, no less.
Life:
My nails actually grew, but they keep breaking! I have to look up ways to take better care of them. They're even painted matte pink right now! ^_^ I think you know that I love pink by now
Strength:
I can do 19 military push-ups now instead of the initial 10. I can push out 20 but I struggle on that last one, so I'm not gonna count it.
I can also do 5 tricep push-ups. Not my goal of 10, but better that 2!
Flexibility:
I still can't get over the fear of falling on my face and splitting it wide open, and I can't really get that baby crow...but I lean forward a little now. That headstand though?! I climb the wall with bent legs for about 2 seconds then I chicken out. I want to be able to do yoga and get to practice all the beautiful poses I see, so I'll keep going! ^_^
