Summary: A mail order videotape of an alien autopsy blossoms into a much more complicated investigation when Mulder and Scully find the distributor of the tape killed in his own home apparently by a high-ranking Japanese diplomat. While Mulder's search for the video leads him to a train car, Scully investigates a Mutual UFO Network group and discovers several women who claim to know her.

watched the freaking tracey lambert and penelope getting shot episodes last night. never eating chilli again after that. am i wrong to say that the priest was kind of good looking? also, jj's a complete badass, i love the bau women.

I have crossed the threshold with SGA where I fall sweetly to sleep as soon as the opening credits start to roll. It took me two nights to watch this episode and I still slept through a good 10 minutes of it or more. When you're favorite shows put you right to sleep. *Annoyed eyeroll*

I still love this episode. Sheppard going crazy is dangerous, he does actually shoot his friends (which hurts more and more the longer you think about it). He becomes what he believes he is: a danger to his friends. But, look, what he also is. As he goes nuts, his mind reverts back to a time he tried to save his buddy. He's not like the marine who thinks he's surrounded by mysterious aliens and blows himself up. Sheppard thinks he's trying to save his buddy and does a pretty decent job of saving Teyla. Even when Sheppard has lost his mind, he's trying to protect his people, which makes him the safest person around, if he could only see it.

Dangerous? Yes. But safe if you're one of his? Absolutely.
