(S4) Death by Childbirth

A small mod that introduces a new death for birthing-sims: "Death by Childbirth".

TWO VERSIONS: "Auto" vs "Prompt" -- DON'T HAVE BOTH IN YOUR GAME AT ONCE! AUTO According to Age (the older they are, the higher the chance), sims-in-labor will be in danger of dying from the labor. Works for when you want a more "realistic" + less-micro-management + chaos experience. Sims in the Sims' household will feel the encroaching loss!

Chances:

Teens/YAs - 10%

Adults - 15%

Elders - 60%

PROMPT

you can choose which sims you're playing will die from a current birth/labor, which will occur about 10 secs after the choice

2 new buffs according to what choice you make: "Dying from Childbirth" OR "Survived!"

[MOD] Clean House & Ask to Clean House

This mod adds two new interactions to the floor, which will show up when there is trash, spoiled food, or dirty objects on the lot:

1. "Clean House / Lot" option allows sims to clean the entire house/lot.

It works similar to Neat sim's "Cleaning Frenzy" interaction. Sims will get a custom buff that increases their cleaning autonomy, letting them search for cleanable objects and focus on keeping the house clean for the next 3 sims hours without you having to manually click on each object.

I included more cleaning interactions in the mod, as well as excluding interactions that I thought were unnecessary, so that sim won't clean up unspoiled food, put away toys, etc.

Neat sims, Lazy sims, and regular sims will receive different buffs.

2. "Ask to Clean House / Lot" option allows you to pick one or more other sims to clean the house/lot.

The picked sim will accept or refuse based on a set of conditions such as mood, motive, traits, relationships, lifestyles, environmental conditions, and more.

Compatibilities:

Base Game Compatible

This mod does not override any in-game resources, so it should not conflict with other mods as far as I know.

However, if you have any mod installed that disables the autonomy of specific cleaning interactions, sims may not perform those interactions when cleaning the house either. Other cleaning interactions that are not disabled will still be performed normally.

I’m super excited to share this career mod with you guys! Livestreaming in the sims already exists but everything seems so difficult and not very streamlined, so I made it easier with this mod to become a famous streamer.

TS4: Occult Socials from TS3 v1.0

This mod adds several unique social interactions for occult sims (mostly for werewolves, though), converted from The Sims 3.

There are (for now):

Show Teeth (werewolves, vampires);

Rub Belly (werewolves).

THIS MOD REQUIRES XML INJECTOR!

Interactions description

Show Teeth

Category: Friendly -> Affection

Available for:

Werewolf to Vampire;

Vampire to Werewolf;

Werewolf to Werewolf;

Vampire to Vampire;

Teen-Elder;

Any relashionship score. Can be rejected. Autonomous.

Rub Belly

Category: Friendly -> Affection

Available for:

AnySim to Werewolf in beastform (but not in rampage);

Teen-Elder.

Requires 50 points friendship score. Succesfull only. Autonomous.

Sims get buff "Fuzzy Feelings" after doing this interaction. The actor gets buff from Cats and Dogs, the target werewolf gets custom buff.

Compatibility

This mod should not conflict with other mods because it adds new interactions and does not override any game sources.

Required addons

At least one of these:

GP04 Vampires;

GP12 Werewolves.

Recommended addons

The mod uses some sources from these addons:

EP04 Cats and Dogs.

If you don't have some addons from this list, you should also take extra packages from archive MissingAddonsSources. In other way you'll miss some buffs, pictures or sound/vocal effects. You'll also see "Lama pics" instead of missing pictures.

Take packages only for addons you DON'T own. If you have all recommended addons, you don't need this archive at all.

Installation

Install XML Injector (if you don't already have it) - just download it from ScumbumboMods website and put it into your Mods folder.

Put the OccultSocials package into your Mods folder.

If you don't own some Addons from "Recommended Addons" list, you should also download "MissingAddonsSources" archive and put packages of addons you don't have to your Mods folder.

Make sure you enabled script mods in game settings.

That's all!

Additional Info

Nut Processor

Description:

Nut Processor is a small appliance that can be used to make different types of nut milk.  It can be found in buy mode under "Appliances -> Small  appliances", it should be placed on a counter. It costs 479$.

When you press on the Processor you'll see two options to make a single nut milk or a pack, each will open a selection menu and you can choose from 10 different types of nut milks.

For a single milk you can use 5 ingredients of certain type, and for a pack - 20. One pack contains 6 bottles.

It's required level 3 of cooking to make the milks!

The flat price for a single bottle is 15$ and for a pack is 70$, but if you have the needed ingredients it's free.

The ingredients are optional and require SCCO. The milks are also SCCO tagged so can be used in recipes that require ANY Lactose Free Milk.

For the ingredients I used harvestables from icemunmun and PiedPiper.

I got the object itself ingame at some point in the past. But I failed to get the animations converted. Hopefully I will be able to manage it this time around :)
