Allow me to present my case:
Omega Sam Winchester getting out of the cage with his soul AND pregnant or with a baby. Of course it is, his alpha’s, Dean’s.
And then Sam, with a baby in his arms, barely holding himself together, manages to go over to Lisa’s house but sees how happy Dean is and decides he can’t bring Dean back to the life, so he takes upon himself to figure things out and care for their child all on his own…
Then the events that take place on s6ep1 (Exile on Main St.) happen like they do only five years later and when Dean wakes up is to a cheap motel instead of the Campbell’s hideout and to a five years old with huge green eyes and beautiful hazel brown hair.
Once he sits up he is met by a skinny Sam, huge eye bags looking like he hasn’t slept well in years.
Dean have to deal with his omega constantly telling him to go back to his normal life, that he had venom on his system but now he is healed, that if it wasn’t for that he would have never brought Dean back into the life.
If you wanna go for heartbreaking imagine Sam telling Dean he won’t be asking anything out of him, that he doesn’t need to worry because nothing needs to change and he can go back to Lisa.
