"What do I want to carry with me today?" . We women we usually carry a bag or purse of some sort. Imagine how much excess energy we accumulate and carry when we go days or weeks without totally emptying it out! Sometimes I wonder why the heck my bag is so heavy, then I dig down to the bottom and find a combination of things including bracelets, receipts, pens, chocolate, wrappers, lip balms, acorns, crystals, rocks, leaves and other goodies Zion has gathered and asked to bring home for his Dada, and a ridiculous amount of coins. So I've begun a new practice around this. Every evening I empty out my bag and put all of its contents in designated spots. Then the next time I'm leaving the house I begin within an empty bag, and ask myself "what do I want to carry with me today?" and fill it accordingly. A simple yet powerful life upgrade! I highly recommend it 👍🏼😉👜🌷 (Inspired by @mariekondo's wonderfully inspiring book: The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up; The Japanese Art of De-Cluttering) . #lightenup #simplicity #minimalism #clarity #ritual #wombyn #mindfulness #awareness #health #peace #sacredlife #alexandrasadventures .
