Senku in Gen's body starts going through all of Gen's clothes and is shocked at just how much is hidden within. He also gets passed because he discovers Gen has apparently been stealing little things from the lab when Senku wasn’t looking. "Damnit Mentalist! You did take my good pen!"

I do think the ability to emoji-react is a net win for human communication. not only does it give you an outlet for 'I see and acknowledge this but don't have a verbal response' but it also adds a pleasing alethiometer element to things

So there's this episode of the Golden Girls and Dorothy's friend, Jean is visiting and she's gay. She ends up catching feelings for Rose and admits it to her by saying she's FOND of Rose

Anyway it made me think of Gen's confession to Senku and since my HC for the 💜👑 au is they Stanxeno family loved the Golden Girls, that's why Gen chose that word to confess to Senku.

“coming from a place of respect” there is nothing respectful about a comment like this. this is exactly why I say witch hunt, speculations and accusations harm the writing community as much as ai does, if not more.

I am not saying “you’re an asshole if you think a fic is ai”. I have come across fics that I believe were ai-generated. but instead of asking (accusing) the authors, I make my own decisions whether I’ll continue reading for the benefit of the doubt or quietly exit the fics and look for something else to read.

because with every accusation like this, there’s always a chance of a genuine, innocent writer getting wrongly accused.

last but not least, fanfic writers do NOT owe you anything. they write for themselves and their own enjoyment. their ao3 accounts are their houses and they were kind enough to let you in their houses. for free. (you get to read things for free.) you don’t go into other people’s houses and tell them “actually I think the way you decorate your room is sus. did you actually do it yourself or did you ask a robot to do it for you?”. THEY 👏🏻 DON’T 👏🏻 OWE 👏🏻 YOU 👏🏻 ANYTHING. and I say this as someone who is not a fan of ai fics. if you don’t like what you’re seeing, quietly leave.

*the following is not about the fic in this specific post. in general, I still strongly believe people who let ai write for them should tag their works as ai accordingly. but if we want more people to be honest about it, we’ll have to stop shaming and harassing people who actually tag their ai-generated fics accordingly. harassment is never justified. not to mention, it will only make “ai writers” refrain from tagging their ai-generated works as such. and then there’s no way for anyone to know for absolute certainty if it’s ai. therefore the raise of witch hunt.

You know one thing that has bothered me for a while is the fact that the KoS never tried to find another bat cave. Like there's gotta be more than just one in Japan right? And like sure they are building a boat to find the platinum.

But I just feel like having another bat cave as a back up would have been interesting.

They could have revived a Doctor. Seems like that'd be important for you know sailing around the world.

Idk it just always seemed weird to me.

What I never understood is that's NOT what bat guano looks like at all. Idk how nitric acid is made, but I've been in bat roosts and never seen anything remotely similar to nitric acid.

Maybe that particular cave is special in some way (in a more than "it has it has a bunch of bats" way) 🤔

I also find it strange that it's only Senku, Taiju and Xeno's group stayed conscious and that miraculously got splashed with nitric acid.

Like someone else somewhere in the world had to be stubborn enough to stay awake and get some nitric acid on them.

Technically Chelsea was a part of Xeno's group. Since she was at the same get together thing as Xeno.

She just took longer to wake up and then the poor girl went south instead of north 😭😭😭

But yeah I guess it all comes down to luck and the environment you wake up in 😔

Still it would have been interesting to see someone who is not necessarily a scientist or a level of intelligence like Senku or Xeno, out there not just surviving but thriving because they knew the basics of a lot of different skills and also through dumb luck mixed the right amount of alcohol and nitric acid and was able to revive other people 😂😂😂😂

The bat cave has perfect conditions to do the acid farming Suika did, but naturally. It's a very rare set of circumstances on top of staying conscious without prompting and being able to survive waking up naked in the wilderness.

I know very little about bats (I didn't even know male and females roost separately) but I do know mothers and if strange creatures walked in my home and I had a kid I'd be raising hell. Since the bats seem calm imma assume they are males. 🤔
