Mozu being Mozu overhears a conversation between them and offers them a distraction. "I can take both of you at the same time."

Kohaku turns him down. "Ha! You don't have to right parts for me."

Gen however thinks about it, it really hurts having these feelings, a distraction could be good. "Meet me in my hut tonight."

Kohaku tries to get him to change his mind, telling him that this is a bad idea, that he is just hurting and he'll regret this later.

Gen just tells her he'll be fine.

Kohaku not knowing what else to do goes to Senku to see if he'll talk to Gen, she knows it'll hurt Gen to have Senku talk him out of this but sleeping with someone like Mozu would be worse, if Gen Would listen to anyone it'd be him, She keeps Gen's feelings for Senku out of the conversation though.

During the voyage to America, there is a horrible storm, Gen and Senku get thrown over board and miraculously wash up on an island. The island itself is about the size of what treasure Island was so they don't have to worry about food and there is a stream, so they have fresh water. Thankfully Senku also had several tools on him, so survival won't be a huge issue.

The biggest issue is, no one will look for them. The generals all made an agreement with each other before even going to treasure Island that should anyone go overboard there's a huge chance they can't be saved. Everyone who boarded agreed with this and accepted it. They just couldn't risk getting off track and causing the whole crew to be lost.

It only took a day and they had made a shelter that would be good enough for sleeping, they could make a better one in the coming days. Gen however is mad at Senku, because it was Gen who fell over board first and Senku tried to save him.

"You shouldn't have done that Senku-chan! You are way too important to the kingdom of Science! Hell you are the kingdom of Science!"

Senku frowns at him. "Fuck Mentalist, you think I could just watch the person I love just go overboard and not try to do something!?"

The rest of the KoS go on to America so they could get the corn in time. Instead of splitting up they stay on the Perseus. Some shooting still happens, but Ryusui eventually talks to Xeno over the radio the KoS meet up with Xeno and Stanley and tell them they'll give them the revival recipe if they help their friends first. Xeno asks the name of their friends Ryusui just Says Senku and Gen (because the whole no need for last names)

Xeno looks at Stanley with hope, then looks back at Ryusui and asks if Gen's last name was Wingfield-Snyder by chance. Ryusui tell him no Asagiri.

Stanley speak up for the first time so our dear son went by his stage name instead.

Xeno tells him it makes sense since Japan would know him better by Asagiri anyway.

The KoS is shocked, did they really just happen to run into Gen's parents.
