Yet another quarantine adventure: first time trying sake! I’ll admit that 80% of my reason for buying this was because the bottle is pretty. Also I’m absolutely drinking it out of a wine glass because I don’t have any proper sake glassware (yet). It has a very mild, yet subtly fruity flavor (this one has notes of pear and citrus), and is meant to be sipped and savored. Pretty strong stuff!
