So you know what I’m thinking about? What do kayden and wesley do for work? Like, from what we see in the episode, they spend all day every day just messing with each other. How do they earn a living. And it got me thinking. Along the vein of the “everyone on little street is a nudist” theory, I present to you: Little street provides for everyone and no one questions it in exchange for putting them through The Horrors. Like, living on little street means you for some reason have whatever you need so that way you dont have to leave and little street can put you through more horrors.
On a somewhat related note, this is my prediction for like: kayden and wesley 3+ seasons in the future:
sam: i just need a break from chasing all this evil vampire bs with ciara its exhausting. Like when we learned that evil corporation Coleridge is from was involved and they sent people after us. And dont get me started on that dude across the street and his ???????.
kayden: I have no idea what you’re talking about. What?
sam: the vampires? S.I.D.E.S? The fae folk?Wilbur and the narrator? Little street??? Have you not noticed all the stuff going on right now?
kayden: no???? Wtf little street is just a normal street???
sam: what have you been doing for the past 3 seasons?
kayden: pranking wesley, duh. what else would I be doing.
theyre just in a lil bubble. The narrator spares them so he can be like
“man what an exhausting day I need to wind down with my favorite sitcom” and he just flips on the tv and its Kayden and Wesley’s antics. Like idk wandavision style

ok so who wants to know what I've been thinking about lately.
I think that Sam and Ciara- wait actually let me tell you a story from the other day real quick:
so i was letting my friend tell me about off campus because its the thing she's currently making her way through and of course I was not very interested because there was no queer themes or indie horror or eye imagery but in exchange I got to tell her about the characters running around in my head, and I was talking about Sam, Ciara, Wesley, and Kayden. and I was like "wait I'm saying Ciara's name correctly right. how do I say it again." and my friend was like "oh it's Irish right if it's Irish it's probably keer-a like you're saying." and then I followed that up with "wait what am I saying these are all characters from a podcast I can literally just check the pronunciation in the series duh"
anyway I thought that was goofy lets do headcannons now
So in my mind Sam, Ciara, Wesley, and Kayden are friends and like theres no indication of it in cannon but like thats why its a headcannon and anyway I do what I want
at first I was like "obviously Ciara and Kayden would be friends and Sam and Wesley" but now that I think more about it it could go either way and imma tell you all about it
so in the first place I put Ciara and Kayden together because they're both much more bubbly, colorful, creative people and I think they would really enjoy each other's company
and Sam and Wesley on the other hand are a lot more introverted and quiet like the type of friends who make plans and go "tbh I would rather stay at home tonight reading a book" "oh thank goodness I didn't want to leave the house today anyway"
however, there are some important factors that I think would make Ciara and Wesley + Sam and Kayden go together well
To me, Ciara puts the same importance on like cleanliness and organization, punctuality and precision, etc that Wesley does right. So I think they would also get along nicely
then on the other end of the spectrum we have Sam who has a junk room and Kayden who's entire house 100% looks like this:
so i just think they could chill in their similarly cluttered and a teensy bit totally unorganized style together yknow

Don't worry about those haha! let's talk about my dears Ciara and Sam
I think Sam's the type of person to be overly anxious and tends to be insecure right, Sam's got some stuff to work out, but when someone she cares about is having similar problems I feel like she immediatly wants to help however she can, which admittedly isn't that much because being out of touch with yourself makes it harder to help others but yknow. she tries.
And I think Ciara is for the most part as confident as she seems but there is a part of it that's a front and when she talks with Sam sometimes there are these sort of self-loathing or self-depricating parts that come out, plus theres definitely some trauma from when she was turned into a vampire when she was a kid
whenever this happens Sam very much jumps in to support her I think and tries her best to comfort her
Ciara doesn't really get mad that often, she's always super nice and sweet but as Sam gets to know her I think she realizes that Ciara totally has a scheming side yknow she can get up to stuff and Sam thinks it's great
Sam cannot cook. like another reason i feel i can pair Sam and Kayden is i think neither can cook for shit.

i love how my love for wesley and kayden is like "oo the goofballs lmao" and then for all of my other fave ships (Ciara and Sam, Alcyone and Nobody, The Witches, etc) its like ough.... if I think about them too long its seriously gonna hurt me.... their relationships are so complex and make me a lil sad
but like in a good way tho
I also love that we have cheery bright Ciara picrew and tired butch Sam picrew.
sams just like "Whoa! That tall child looks terrible! Get some rest, tall child! You can't keep burning the candle at both ends!" to me. Sam barely knows how to adult but she pretends she does.

sorry i do actually have one wesley headcannon before I wrap this up: have yall seen that tma fanart w jon in a skirt. Wesley is like that. wesley slays in a long skirt and heels and pearls.
