Today’s edition of Aperitivo: a riff off of Sam Ross’ Paper Plane cocktail. • • 3/4 oz each of Bourbon, High Wire Southern Amaro, Rondo Bitter and Lemon juice. 1/4 tsp of simple syrup (on account of Rondo’s slightly drier profile) - Shake all ingredients in a shaker, strain into a chilled coupe glass.
