Growing Up Gen 13 Gameplay - Who's Who
I'll be posting my new gameplay save shortly that focuses on my favourite legacy generation - Gen 13 of the Goths - and their childhood. I'm really rooting for these kids, their upbringing wasn't the best... There are some changes from the legacy and I thought I'd give a crash course on who's who.
Melody is the oldest of her siblings and constantly frets over them - how they're feeling, if they're getting along with each other, if they're hungry - the list goes on. If only she remembered to think about herself from time to time...
Skylar is the oldest of the quadruplets and is always looking out for their siblings. They're not afraid to argue with their parents to stick up for someone facing their wrath and have a mischievous streak about them. Sam is their closest sibling.
Summer is the second of the quadruplets and often feels overlooked by her parents. She's rather quiet and sensitive and often finds herself being given pep talks by her older sister, Melody. Her and Sam bicker from time to time, often egged on by their parents.
Saffron is the third born of the quadruplets and the most reserved. She gets stressed and anxious when arguments break out and tries to avoid them as much as she's able to. She's most settled when she's got her teddy bear, Coco, by her side.
Samuel is the youngest of the quadruplets and deep down just longs for the approval of his parents. Ambitious at heart, he dreams of one day becoming a famous singer who tours the world and gets to have his siblings with him. Together with Skylar, they form an unstoppable duo. He occasionally squabbles with Summer, but would still stick up for her in a heartbeat.
Elijah is the elder twin to Penelope and just wants some attention! He's curious about the world around him and can be rather clingy at times.
Penelope is the younger twin to Elijah and the youngest of all the kids. The baby of the family, she's absolutely doted on by her siblings. She's always got a smile on her face.
Sydney is the kids' mother and the wife of Chet. While not the heir (that title remains with her quad sister Kimberly), she was the only one to have kids. She's very cynical and is passive towards her kids, but if she did have to choose a favourite, it'd be Elijah.
Chet is the kids' father and husband to Sydney. He's on a fast track towards a midlife crisis and often behaves in an abrupt and self-centred way. God forbid he's inconvenienced...
