most & least favorite:

2. location - best is the hossberg wetlands or arlathan, worst is either treviso or minrathous. i've never been a fan of the "big city" layouts in the DA games tbh.

4. voiceline delivery - i will be so real with you. none of the voice acting was iconic enough for me this time around to stick out in any particular manner. some of the taash deliveries were kinda rough, but i think thats more a fault of irritating dialogue writing over irritating voice acting.

10. environment detail - worst is actually an audio environment detail- the windchime noises from the little things you shoot at the evanuris alters is super fucking irritating and i need someone to mod it out of the game tbh. best is probably all the cute little wood carvings in davrin's quarters

19. who did you romance? would you want to romance more than one companion? - romanced davrin, would love to be able to romance multiple companions just as a fun game thing but Sam's pretty happy with Davrin as his only partner

24. does your rook have any hobbies? woodworking, solving puzzles, journalling, doing the crosswords from the tevinter papers that neve gets, hiking, and rock-climbing.

7: Romantically close with?

Sam romanced Davrin because theyre like two dads in a home depot. there was just instant magnetism of being two grey wardens fighting against the end of the world, trying to raise a birdcat kid, and dealing with the first warden's bullshit

9: Does your Rook get along with their chosen Faction?

lol. lmao, even.

so yes and no. he loves antoine and evka like family, and obviously he loves davrin. and he came up among the amaranthine wardens, so he has an almost-hero worship view of Jon Cousland/Alistair Theirin/Ned Surana.

but hes not as close with a lot of the other weisshaupt wardens, and he has active beef with the first warden. VERY active beef with the first warden.

mabaris :3 he's a ferelden boy, he grew up as the child of highever's kennelmaster, and he's had mabaris through his entire life. his current mabari Carrot is a descendant of the great Avagantamos, who served Jon Cousland loyally during the fifth blight.

his second favorite is the newly-hatched griffons, but again. he's a ferelden boy, and mabaris are king.
