Depends on which Sandman. If it's the Sandman from Spider Man then Mr Sandman's cooked I don't know how he can do against a person with superpowers.

If it's Sandman from ECW I'd say it's an even fight. Granted Sandman would get folded without weapons or beer. But if we do give him weapons and beer that would be EPIC.

So there's Spiderman's top 21 villains, according to Wikipedia. I prefer a round number though, so I want to add four more characters to make it to twenty five. I'd add Hammerhead, Tombstone, Tinkerer and Alistair or Spencer Smythe, too. I picked those four mostly because of seeing them in episodes of The Spectacular Spider-Man or the 90s Spider-Man show as a kid. But either way, I think this list makes sense. I don't know much about Mister Negative, but i'll take wikipedia's word for him being a central character.
