コーヒー豆袋の表示シールを変更しようか検討中… - スペシャルティコーヒーはどこで誰がどんな品種のコーヒーを育て、どんな加工をして、といった情報というかストーリーが豊富なんです。 - 今までは分かりやすさを重視して、開業時は国名が一番目立つ様に、一年経った頃から農園名が目立つ様に、微妙に表記やメニューの文字の大きさを変えてきました。 コーヒーの価格はざっくり言うと、特定できる部分が多くなればなるほど高くなります(フレーバーがより明確になるので)。この国のここの地区の豆、より、この農園の豆、の方が当然高いわけです。更にその農園の中でも特定の区画や特定の品種の豆になれば更に価格は上がります。オークションにかかる豆はまさしくそんな豆ですね。 - 細かい情報は置いておいて、味で違うのが分かる！というのがベストでもあり、実際そうおっしゃって頂き、ここでしか買えないとまで言ってくれるお客様もいらっしゃるんですが…(本当にありがたいです)。文字情報から入るタイプの方もいらっしゃるだろうという事で、今回の変更がそういったお客様を増やすキッカケにもなればいいなと思っております。 - そんなこんなを踏まえ、一層の事一番伝わるのは人の名前なのか！？と写真の表記に至りました。最近ではコーヒー屋さんでも生産者の方の名前を前面に出して表記する機会も増えているのかな、というトレンドも若干意識しております笑。 - でもこれをやると知らない人の名前書かれても…結局どこの豆なの？という所に戻り、逆に分かりにくい部分もあるかと思うので、お客様の反応を見ながら内容やサイズ感は微調整が必要かなとは思っております。今ある豆シールの在庫状況も見ながら、順次豆袋、店頭のメニューも変更していこうかと思います。 - 今まで買っていた豆が分かりにくくなった、という事がない様、しっかりと口頭でもコミュニケーションをとっていきたいと思います。一杯のコーヒーを飲みながら、ほんの少しでもコーヒー生産者に想いを馳せる時間が生まれると素敵だなーと思っております。 - 長々となりましたが、どうぞよろしくお願い致します！ - #paulstarry #guatemala #sangerardo #豆袋 #シール #hazerucoffee #coffee #specialtycoffee #coffeegram #coffeestand #roastery #toyama #ハゼルコーヒー #ハゼル珈琲 #コーヒー #スペシャルティコーヒー #自家焙煎 #焙煎所 #富山県 #富山市 #古沢 (hazeru coffee) https://www.instagram.com/p/BuHAOPeBy5m/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=u469if27qe88

Potenza (Basilicata), Largo Duomo, fountain of San Gerardo della Porta. Potenza, the capital of Basilicata, rises in a high seismic zone at 819 meters above sea level. The poor presence of vestiges of the medieval village is due to the continuous earthquakes and to many reconstructions (in 1694 it was nearly destroyed), but Potenza maintains a dignitous old town that lays on the edge of the long Pretoria road (from Largo Portasalza at Torre Guevara), city walk. Potenza was historically an enemy of Rome, until it became a colony and later was often in the midst of historical changes, between Normans, Swabians and Angevins, and in the modern age the Aragonese. During the revolutionary period it became the capital instead of Matera. Modern Potenza is located much further down the historic center, so that to reach it are been put into operation long stretches of staircase.
