I ship Hide with Sankou.

By the end of the light novel Days she takes a liking to him, because she doesn't have any friends but he treated her like one despite not knowing her and her being a few years older.

She was threatened and blackmailed by Cain, and he spread rumors that they were dating probably to keep his real motives secret, so I can see her being kinda touchy about dating and romance going forward, not wanting to lose that autonomy again.

I headcanon Hide as arospec, and in general he gives me really chill vibes, so I think he would be completely okay with untraditional romance or his partner wanting to take things real slow.

He also gives me vibes of like... someone who falls in love with everyone, or has the potential to fall in love with anyone, or is willing to try dating anyone and see if it works out.

And I see Sankou as someone who doesn't put too much stock in newer relationships versus her older ones. I don't know if I headcanon her as arospec, but I do see her having a very aromantic-like view on relationships. (Those "I'm not aromantic but I believe in their beliefs" people.) She prioritizes her relationships by length and closeness. Any potential partner would need to deal with coming second to her other relationships, until their bond grows stronger to warrant the same / more priority. And I can't see her ever abandoning or reducing her friendships in favor of her partner. Whenever she could, she'd hang out with both her friend and partner. (I'm interpreting her in Days as genuinely caring about Kiyama and working on becoming serious friends with him post-novel)

I'd also find it endearingly funny if she even asks out her partner in the context of "Hey come join me at [date location]. Kiyama-kun will be there too, of course." I think she'd be more likely to make her partner feel third-wheeled than her friend.

And in turn, I can see an arospec Hide sensing those arospec vibes from Sankou. And that being a big reason why he dates her. He'd think if any girl could accept his aromanticism, it’d probably be her!

Basically, I see Sankou crushing on Hide, asking him out, because she likes him and it'd be nice to date him, but she's distant enough from him that she wouldn't be entirely crushed by the rejection if he didn't reciprocate, either. She treats it more like a test and indulgence. Great if if he accepts, but not the end of the world if he doesn't. Hide agrees to date her because why not, she seems nice and she's a cute girl. And they casually date for a while and work out surprisingly well together. Maybe they don't stay together long-term, but they'd have fun and break up on good terms.

Nesty

Her counterpart was named Hones, she actually loved her counterpart like a sibling. She's the essence of lies, but all the harm she started inflicted didn't start until AFTER Hones' destruction. The lies and betrayals of humans grew too great for Hones to handle. It greatly outweighed honesty, weakening Hones until…they disappeared.

Harmony Blanch

The nightmares are always the same, standing over Balan, her mother, the denizens of Wonderworld. And there's…always someone behind her with 6 spiraling tendrils…but it's not Lance. Nesty is the one Harmony will have to face.

Harmony's existence would…particularly anger Nesty. Thing is, she doesn't interact with Balan unless he starts the fight (always to try to protect the humans who come through).

She'd see Harmony's birth as…well..I don't need to say. Not only did Marissa SURVIVE but then Balan had the Audacity to mate and make a child. Nesty tries to corrupt Harmony into Chaos, to her, such a being is only a bad thing. Humans ONLY bring bad things…

Sanko

Takes after daddy's side of the theater mask, real shy but ooooh when drama mode kicks in. Still goes to his parents after nightmares but like, those bad ones that have questioning reality but goes right back to bed after they assure him it's okay. Has a lot of Lance's old light before corruption.

Actually protects others from nightmares as best he can and loves both his parents dearly. He's so-so on Balan and scared to death of Nesty but will square off if he has to.
