Edit: Yes, men can be dangerous and if you have trauma from men it is completely understandable to be uncomfortable around them because of that, but these statements make masculinity seem like it itself is dangerous and should be eradicated, which is not the case.

I LOVE TRANS JAX HEADCANONS AND I CANT CHOOSE A PARTICULAR ONE!! Not that I need to choose but both affect me in different ways. I’m transmasc, so transmasc Jax relates to me a lot, especially with the way they push everyone away and feel the need to enforce toxic masculinity in order to affirm their gender. That reading is practically my life. But also, transfem Jax is also such an emotionally resonant reading too. The way they abuse the women in the circus for a reason they can’t understand, and how they “don’t care” about their name. Plus, secretly liking the maid dress? It’s so good and I love it so much. Not to mention that non-binary Jax is ALSO A REALLY GOOD READING TOO! They’re repressing a part of themselves to fit a role not made for them.
