8.6.2017 11:30 AM: Bujo from last + this week, as usual! I am very happy with the next few spreads. As for my habits, I could be better about my college work, but I’m enjoying the last few days of summer, sigh. I start school in 4 days! Also, I’m still working on the covers for my subject binders, so you guys have any more aesthetic doodle ideas for Biology, English, Spanish, or History, please send them into my ask box!

100 Days of Productivity (7/100): 8.16.2017 7:00 PM

I’ve had a really great day! The end of this week marks the beginning of truly-productive classes as we get out of the new-environment feeling and into actual work! I’m super excited, I’ve already sped-read Ethan Frome (though I don’t have to have it read until Monday), and I’ll do it again tomorrow to look for symbols and other literary stuff. I’m also working on my Biology infographic, where I have to make an info sheet about a scientist (I chose Leonardo Da Vinci!). The rest of my night will be jamming out to music, practicing on Duolingo, and reviewing for the SAT and ACT. If I have time, I’ll do a bit of bullet journaling!

JASMINE TEA : If you could go anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?

I really want to visit Israel, place of my religious origins, but since I can go there on birthright, my big thing right now is that I want to go to El Territorio De Zaguates, a big dog reserve in Costa Rica and take my mom! You literally get to be swarmed by puppies among Spanish speakers and that’s how I want to die.

MINT TEA : How do you relax?

Rock n’ roll music, a good book, and some passionfruit or green tea! ♥ I will also wrap myself in a super soft blanket and draw or watch Netflix. It’s currently thundering really hard, I hope it rains because I’m so much more at peace and productive when it rains!

how was your first kiss?

My first female kiss was with my best friend, and was nice. My first male kiss was with my current boyfriend, and was exhilarating but comfortable. I was shy but excited and he went at my pace. No matter how he kisses, he’s good at it and he tastes nice.

what do you love about yourself? 

I have nice lips, nice curves, soft skin, I like to think I’m a good person, I am very gentle with people, children, and dogs, I swear but I know when not to, I have a wide range of tastes in food, I’m artistic, I’m willing to learn.

when’s the last time you warmed your hands in front of a fire? 

3 years ago, when I lived up north. I miss it.

would you rather watch a sunrise or sunset? 

I’ve watched so many sunsets, and they’re all beautiful and I appreciate every one, but I’d like to see a sunrise.

what’s the best thing about summer?

Learning at your own pace, the crisp warmth in the morning before the bugs wake up, the sweet watermelon and oodles of ice cream, being able to actually do things like spend time with your friends, the cool ocean.

if you could have any view from your bedroom window what would you choose?

The ocean, I love living by the coast but being near the water has always been too expensive for me. 

what’s your favorite thing to do on a sunny day? 

Bask in the sun or the shade and read a book!

what do you consider lucky? 

The key necklace around my neck that my boyfriend gave me, and all the Star of David necklaces I have. One has the love from my companion to give me luck, the other love from G-d.

what made you smile today? 

Waking up to natural light coming through my window while I was swaddled in a giant, fluffy blanket. Then seeing my puppies as soon as I got up!

what makes you happy?

Sunny days, cool breezes, my boyfriend, my mother and brother, learning languages, reading books, my dogs, learning in general, speaking to kind people, being on studyblr, wearing out-of-dress-code clothes that let my skin breathe in the summer, swimming, watching anime or reading comics with my boyfriend, hanging out with my friends in small groups, strawberries, and much much more.
